Summary :
In an upgrade scenario, active enhancement function modules may become inactive, and customer-maintained menu texts can disappear. Additionally, subscreens, GUI elements, and text elements from enhancement projects may be deleted during the upgrade process. These issues arise if the function group or menu user interface is not transported. The solution involves manually deactivating and then reactivating affected enhancement projects or using report RSMODRES for a full restoration. Version management is recommended for manual restores in Release 3.0 or earlier. The attached report helps identify inconsistencies in function modules post-upgrade.
