Summary :
This SAP Note addresses an issue in the Product Safety component, specifically concerning the Report definition module. The system erroneously outputs standard texts for MSDS sender details in the runtime language rather than the report language, as specified in sales organization settings and maintained under text ID: SDMS. Applicable also to cover sheets and acknowledgements, the intended behavior is for texts to display in the recipient’s language. Caused by a program error neglecting report language during text determination, corrections are available in specified Support Packages with alternative instructions provided for manual implementation.
