Summary :
The text determination procedure in SAP Customizing (VOTX) does not correctly copy texts from SD documents, sometimes showing non-existent texts like 'Text 1 for customer' (Text ID T01). This error is caused by an issue with the VOTX transaction. To resolve it, use report RVTEXTE (SE38). Depending on whether the text ID exists or not, follow specific steps involving deleting and re-including the text ID, generating, and debugging access sequences. The solution must be applied individually for each incorrect text ID, ensuring actions are checked with table TTXER (SE16). For release versions 3.0C and above, RVTEXTE with action ‘Y’ debugs access sequences for all clients.
