Summary :
To address the error message "SAPLPD/info INFOREQ," users should upgrade to the latest SAPLPD version (at least 2.53 or 3.04). For non-crash issues, run SAPLPD with the option -d to generate the SAPLPD.DBG debug file. For cases where logs are missing, start SAPLPD with the -g9 option to create SAPLPD_F.LOG. For R/3 local print issues, enhance the call parameter in SP01. For printing via access method 'F', manually start SAPLPD with correct parameters and ensure options precede -P&P. Reproduce the error and send the log to SAP, either by printing or uploading it to sapservX, then delete the debug files to exit Trace mode.
