Summary :
When attempting to activate the business functions /SAPPSSRM/SRM_PPS and /SAPPSSRM/SRM_CROSS_INDUSTRIES in transaction SFW5, users encounter an endless loop. This issue arises due to mutual dependencies between these business functions, which are not checked and lead to a cyclic dependency. The recommended solution is to install SRM 7.00 SP01, where this problem has been resolved. Alternatively, users not upgrading can manually break the dependency in transaction SFW2 and then use "Activate Restart" in SFW5 after the necessary batch job completes, as monitored in SM37.
