Summary :
When posting full goods receipts in SAP for inbound deliveries relevant to goods movements, the system accurately updates the document flow and status, including reversals. However, issues arise when trying to delete an inbound delivery, even if the goods movement status indicates "A", displaying error VL 111. This issue stems from a dynamic check on the MRP-reduced quantity not being updated correctly due to a discrepancy in the order of goods receipt postings versus the order of inbound delivery creations and is further exacerbated by incorrect updates when reversing goods receipts not aligned with the last posted GR inbound delivery. Corrective actions include closing and reissuing the purchase order with the accurate confirmation control key setup and applying a correction report to address affected entries.
