Summary :
The COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR or SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR job (Report RSCOLL00) fails to collect all necessary performance statistics or to reorganize MONI table entries. This issue arises because entries in table TCOLL do not conform to specifications, or RSCOLL00 is not executed hourly. Depending on the SAP Basis Release (6.40, 7.00, 7.10), refer to respective SAP Notes (970449, 966309, 966631) for proper table TCOLL configurations. The job must be scheduled hourly in client 000 using user DDIC or equivalent. The 'System' field settings determine report execution specifics: 'C' for host with the database, 'E' for instance with the enqueue process, and '*' for all instances.
