Summary :
The DB alert monitor in SAP's Freespace Management shows outdated data, and transaction DB02 displays an old date under Date/Time of this analysis. The issues arise because the background job "COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR" is not running or the database is on a different computer without an SAP instance, or the logical server names differ between the R/3 instance and the database server. To resolve, schedule the "COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR" job using ABAP program RSCOLL00 to run hourly or modify the entries in table TCOLL by replacing "C" with "E" or "%" and adding an alternative system.
