Summary :
In the SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), error message "/SAPAPO/RRP 705" stating "more than 500 receipt elements should be created" is reported when the total number of required orders exceeds the calculated PPDS horizon. This error generates multiple logs but reflects the system working as designed, based on net requirement calculations. A workaround to suppress these logs is available through the SPRO configuration by defining an exception group that filters out these messages, preventing their display in the SAP APO application logs.
