Summary :
In SAP ERP 2005 EhP4 (SAP_APPL 604), the inability to restrict authorization for certain condition types or subtotals on the condition screen is addressed with the introduction of BAdI PRICING_AUTHORITY_CHECK_UI. This enhancement allows for authorization control without system modification, moving away from the approach suggested in Note 105621. Implementations must still follow procedures from Note 105621 and customize the sample class CL_VF_PRC_AUTH_EXAMPLE as needed. Users must manage ongoing maintenance, as support is only available via Remote Consulting at a cost. All limitations from Note 105621 also apply to this new implementation.
