SAP Note 11612 - Suppressing the payroll form

Component : Forms -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/11612 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
This SAP Note addresses an issue where the form is output even if the 'Form print if' parameter is set to 'AF'. The cause is that only wage types with zero values in Amount, Amount/Unit, and Number fields are excluded from the internal table, while other wage types with non-zero values remain. The solution involves: a) Creating a cycle in payroll accounting to form a dummy wage type (lga1) and adjusting its amount field per period; b) Marking wage type lga1 in Table T512E with 'D' in the DIFAR field; c) Running the report RPCEDTx0 with the 'D' value in the 'Form print if' parameter.
