Summary :
JSPM does not deploy SCAs that match the release, SP-level, and patch-level of already deployed components, following the default update process in system operations. The Java Support Package Manager (JSPM) processes and exhibits only newer updates in the inbox directory. Users seeking to redeploy identical SCA versions can use the command line options to enable force mode (`-config=/jspm/forceMode=true`) combined with either `-config=/jspm/deployVersionRule=updateAll` to update all SDAs or `-config=/jspm/deployVersionRule=updateLowerOnly` to update only those SDAs with higher versions. For Windows, exclude quotes in commands. This functionality applies from JSPM 7.0 SP9 and JSPM 7.1 SP2 onwards. GUI listings and process continuation follow the manual's configuration advice.
