SAP Note 1121248 - SSO Setup for Diagnostics

Component : Please use components SV-SMG-INS-SYP, -BSC, -MNG, -DIA -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1121248 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
When configuring SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) with separate Business Intelligence (BI) and managed systems, users may encounter SSO login prompts during E2E workload application or using the 'Jump' functionality in E2E Exception Analysis. This issue arises from incomplete SSO setups, which require manual configuration if automated processes in Diagnostics Setup Wizards fail. The note outlines the steps for exporting the SSO ticket from the respective stacks (Java before EhP1 and ABAP post-EhP1), updating certificate trusts and ACLs in STRUSTSSO2, and verifying or setting the 'login/accept_sso2_ticket' parameter to enable SSO.
