When archiving billing documents containing payment card data in SAP, records from the FPLTC table may be excluded due to stringent settlement checks (CCBTC and SETTL fields). This causes incomplete archiving. The issue can be resolved by implementing corrections that remove these over-restrictive checks, ensuring complete data archiving. Affected archiving objects include SD_VBRK among others, using ADK for archiving.
