SAP Note 1106114 - Serial numbers not changed after pick denial

Component : Outbound Process -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1106114 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
In the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system, pick denials for serialized materials occur due to non-availability of required serial numbers in the warehouse, leading to delivery quantity adjustments in both EWM and ERP systems. However, the serial number is not removed from the ERP delivery, creating discrepancies. This issue, identified by terms ANZSN and SERNR, stems from a program error. The recommended fix is to apply program corrections to resolve these serial number handling inconsistencies.
