Summary :
In SAP Solution Manager 4.0, users working with Change Request Management (ChaRM) may encounter an issue where the parameter CHECK_NTIMES_SOCM for adjusting the interval between request release sampling attempts does not exist. This is due to a software error. The parameter that does exist is CHECK_MTIMES_SOCM. To resolve this, SAP advises importing ST 4.0 Support Package 14 or manually creating the missing parameter, CHECK_NTIMES_SOCM. This can be accomplished through transaction SE80, within the package AI_SOLAR_CHM_BADI_40_32, by using the option to create a 'SET/GET Parameter ID'.
