SAP Note 1082823 - SAFT-PT: Standard Auditing File for Tax Purposes (Portugal)

Component : Portugal -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1082823 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
As part of compliance with Portuguese legislation (Portaria nº 321-A/2007), SAP users are obligated to generate SAF-T-PT files for audit inspections. RTXDART_PT, used prior to 2010, is phased out and replaced by RSAFT_PT_XML according to SAP Notes 1416835 and 1405016. The Data Retention Tool (DART) supports this requirement from version 2.4 onward, allowing data extraction from various segments after appropriate field catalogues are assigned to company codes. Updates on other modules like FI-CA are pending. The implementation details for the RSAFT_PT_XML report are referenced in SAP Note 1128119.
