While using the Easy Enhancement Workbench (EEWB) to add new fields to CRM business transactions, users might encounter a warning message stating that more than 10 extensions cannot be displayed in SAP GUI, despite having fewer than 10 extensions active. This issue arises because the EEWB checks for extensions are cross-client. If multiple clients have extensions, cumulatively they might reach the limit. Generated suffixes higher than 10 are not displayed in SAP GUI. To resolve this, use EEWB in a single client, ensure transport requests for deleted extensions are cleared, manually remove unused repository objects, and delete unused entries from OXT_GENOBJDEF.
