Summary :
In SAP environments, users may observe an excessive number of workflow background jobs such as ‘SWW*’ or ‘SWF_XI*’, predominantly active or released. Typically, such jobs, especially 'SWWDHEX', are meant to operate singularly per client, but a bug leads to their multiple instances overwhelming the background work processes. This issue arises from the system’s failure to recognize existing jobs and inadvertently rescheduling them. Jobs from 'SWWDHEX' often have Class A priority, sidelining lower class job executions. Users should address this by applying provided corrective instructions or installing the recommended Support Package.
