When using the SHP_IBDLV_CONFIRM_DECENTRAL IDoc type for completion confirmation of inbound deliveries from a decentralized warehouse, an issue occurs where the system inappropriately deletes serial numbers. Serial numbers sent from the decentralized warehouse are not recorded in the inbound delivery document, and existing serial numbers are removed even if no alternative serial numbers are provided by the decentralized warehouse. To resolve this, SAP suggests implementing program corrections and ensuring previous Notes 988277 and 1000234 are applied.
