SAP Note 1021995 - Data from Document Flow /1DF/.... tables is lost

Component : Cross-System and Cross-Partner Document Flow - Goods Movements

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1021995 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
After importing a customizing transport request for Document Flow or performing a CLIENT COPY, some document types may lose Document Flow data. The issue causes applications like /SCWM/PRDO to fail in displaying Document Flow entries. This typically stems from each system client sharing identical Document Flow customizing entries saved in a single database table. During new imports or when running correction reports in new clients, the /1DF/... table gets deleted and recreated, potentially erasing existing entries from other clients. Implementing the recommended correction should resolve this issue.
