Summary :
After invoking a substitution via function modules G_VSR_SUBSTITUTION_CALL or G_VSR_MULTI_SUBSTITUTION_CALL, structures such as BSEG, ANLA, or COBL, used in the substitution, may be incorrectly initialized leading to error messages like M7001, F5165, KI010, and AY029. This is due to a lack of generated export routines for substitutions. SAP Note 126317 provides necessary corrections for systems on release 3.1I or 4.5A. Additionally, implementing the advance correction from the attachment and executing report RGUGBR00 in SE38 with the 'Generate substn exp. routines' option is recommended for all systems handling substitutions.
