The TMS Alert Viewer cannot display the message.

Procedure for System Administration
For performance reasons, the TMS only retains alerts (error messagesand warnings) for a restricted period of time. Therefore, check yourSAP System regularly for errors with the CCMS alert monitor or the TMSAlert Viewer.
How long an alert is kept depends on how many alerts occur. Thedatabase can store a total of 1000 messages.
