No confirmation of receipt was requested in the SAP system for themessage.
The connected communication system does not support confirmations ofreceipt.

Procedure
No action is necessary. The next time you want to receive aconfirmation of receipt, specify this in SAPoffice or the application.This confirmation of receipt is then delivered if this is supported bythe corresponding communication system.
