The original tables are not active or messages are flagged for deletion.

Procedure
You can only switch off the switch procedure if the original tables areactive and the counter for the number of deleted records in the originaltables is at zero. If this is not the case at configuration time, theaction is flagged and executed automatically after the next copyprocedure from the table copies to the original tables.
