SAP Message W_010 - Article category of component material &1 is not allowed

Diagnosis
The article category &V2& of the component material &V1& is notallowed.

System Response
Processing cannot be carried out.

Procedure
Ensure, during the product upload that component products in OLTP arecreated with the correct article category.
In Retail only materials with the following article categories areallowed:

  • Single materials (article category "00")

  • Variants of generic materials (article category "02").
