Procedure
The following procedures are useful:

• You create automatic planning for planning step &V2& using the "Delete
plan version data" activity. This procedure is only recommended forlarge quantities of data because you can schedule deletion to beexecuted in the background.

• Go to maintenance for the plan version and delete plan version &V1&
together with the relevant data. In maintenance for the plan version,you can also see if further plan versions exist for planning step &V2&.This procedure is recommended if the volume of data you want to deleteis quite small.
