Diagnosis
You have entered values in planning layout &V1& and/or in thecharacteristic screen. No entries exist, however, for these values inthe planning hierarchy.
The planning hierarchy represents the maximum frame in which you canwork within a planning step.
All characteristics and characteristic combinations for which you wishto create data in the system must have already been entered in aplanning hierarchy.

Procedure
Check the characteristic values that have been defined for planninglayout &V1& and/or the characteristic values entered in thecharacteristic screen, against the relevant planning hierarchy for theplanning step.
