Diagnosis
You want to construct attribute &V1&. Attributes are either suppliedwith a dummy value, or constructed using a function module. Theattribute assignment (and context structure) for the relevant functionmodule is defined in a customizing table (TWISPC_FBATTRB).
However, in the customizing table for attribute &V1&, no functionmodule is stored that defines the characteristic values, independentlyof a context structure.

System Response
The system could not create the master data hierarchy.

Procedure
Specify a dummy value for the attribute, or create in Customizing, anentry for the attribute that contains the function module forconstructing the attribute (without context structure). You do this intransaction CMMAP04.
