Diagnosis
When determining historical sales data in the RRM interface, thebusiness volume quantity for the material &V1& and plant &V2& from theunit of measure &V3& from the info structure is converted into
the sales unit &V4&. However, an error occurred when doing this.

System Response
The data record determined from the info structure with business volumevalue and business volume quantity is not taken into account during thedata export.

Procedure
Check the settings for converting units of measure for the specifiedmaterial.
