Diagnosis
To select materials using thearticle hierarchy you mustenter the hierarchy identification number and acorresponding hierarchy node. However, one of theseentries is missing from the selection screen.

System Response
The data export is not triggered in the RRM interface.

Procedure
Make all the necessary entries for the article hierarchy.
Alternatively, define the group of articles by entering a materialgroup.
