Diagnosis
There is not a valid allocation rule for the promotion material.If stock should be allocated for the material, i.e. if aquantity to be allocated > 0 was entered, you should definitely assignthe allocation rule because otherwise no allocation table can begenerated for the material.

Procedure
Either set the quantity to be allocated to 0 again or create anallocation rule for the material group of the material.
