Diagnosis
You cannot convert the planned quantity of the material to thelogistics unit of measure as the logistics unit of measure has not beencreated for the material in the material master data. The logisticsquantity for the material is therefore set to zero. This distorts thelogistics quantity for the whole promotion.

Procedure
Maintain the logistics unit of measure in the material master and thencreate the promotion item again. Note that the logistics quantity ofthe whole promotion will be distorted if you do not create thelogistics unit of measure.
