SAP Message WRMA_BCT_1239 - Recasting period for FI version does not permit YTD calculation schema

Diagnosis The recasting period for the FI version encompasses more than thecurrent posting period. The YTD calculation schema &V3& is assigned tothe distribution chain &V1&/&V2&. This means that the schema calculatesthe ratio from the cumulative value at cost and value at retail (cost c omplement) over the year. System Response The recasting does not support this system setting. Procedure In the Customizing under Recasting, limit therecasting period for the FI version to the current posting period bydeleting the assignment of an RMA recasting period to the recastingversion type 2 Reporting (After Recasting).
