Procedure
Change the key date.
If you want to archive documents whose period of validity extends intothe future - which would be possible in the course of materialdiscontinuation, for example - you have to cancel or delete the pricingdocument items beforehand. Once you have canceled an item, you canarchive it irrespective of the date. Deleted items are always archived,no matter what the date.
