Diagnosis
The error occurs when a cost value is to be determined and either theplant, the material, or the retail value is not specified.

Procedure
If the error occurs during POS inbound processing, check the datatransferred by the cash register by displaying the intermediatedocument.

• If the plant, material or retail value is missing, contact the
manufacturer of the POS converter or cash register.

• If plant, material and retail value are contained in the intermediate
document, there is an error in the program. Contact SAP in this case.

• If the error occurs in inventory management, check the correctness of
your entries. If the entries are correct, there is an error in theprogram. Contact SAP in this case.
