Procedure for System Administration
When maintaining authorization roles for portal roles, the systemtransports the authorization roles together with the assignment data.The current situation therefore is an inconsistency.
A possible reason could be that the authorization role has been deletedoutside the assignment transaction.
To remove the inconsistencies, the report offers a cleanup functionthat removes the assignment.
Please note that this should not happen on a regular basis. If youencounter such events regularly, you should check that the roledistribution process is working correctly.
