Diagnosis
This function is only possible if the cursor is positioned on anexternal document in the "Inbound processing" section.

Procedure
You can display external documents by using the "Display document level"function. Then position the cursor on an external document and choosethe "Inbound document status" function.
Instead of calling the function via the menu path, you can double clickon the status of the external document.
