Diagnosis
The function Complete work item manually can only be used onwork items that meet the following criteria:

• The work item must be part of a workflow


• The work item must not have status completed or error


• The work item must be one of the following types:

Workflow work item (type F)
Dialog work item (type W)
Wait step work item (type E)
Background work item (type B)

System Response
The system refuses to perform the function.

Procedure
To complete work items that are not part of a workflow, selectDelete logically.
