Creation of the workflow definition via the Workflow Wizard isterminated because it cannot be guaranteed that a consistent workflowdefinition will be created.

Procedure
Activate the workflow trace and execute the WorkflowWizard again. If the Workflow Wizard terminates again, display the workflow trace. The last entry states why the operationfailed.
