SAP Message WL877 - Work queue & could not be split

Diagnosis
The work queue &V1& was to be divided into two work queues.
This action could not be carried out. Possible causes are:

  • The old work queue already has the status "released".

  • The work queue data is inconsistent.

    • System Response
    The original work queue is not changed.

    Procedure
    Check the state of the existing work queue.
