The Reserve function cannot be used with awork item, if:

• it is not a dialog work item (type W)


• a dialog work item (type W) does not have the status Ready

The work item currently being processed:

• has the status &V1&


• is of type &V2&

System Response
The system does not allow the status change related to this user actionfor this work item.
