SAP Message WL474 - Workflow & WI end & (event): Object '&' ID & in WI cont. several times

Diagnosis A work item was terminated by an event from an object and has reportedback to the workflow manager. However, there are several containerelements in the work item container with the ID of this object. Theworkflow manager can therefore not determine which branch should beused to continue the workflow. INCLUDE NA_WF_ERROR OBJECT DOKU ID TX Procedure Make sure that the object which initiated the terminating event is onlycreated once as a container element in the work item container.
