Diagnosis
When a response message was sent by work item &V2&, the relatedworkflow definition &V1& was not active. The workflow definition mayhave been changed while the workflow was being executed.

Procedure
Check with the responsible workflow modeller whether revision of theworkflow definition has been completed. Then activate the workflowdefinition and resume processing of the workflow.
