Diagnosis
Work item &V2& reports back to the completed workflow &V1&, which is tobe deleted. This indicates an inconsistency in the workflow status as acompleted workflow should not contain any confirmations.

System Response
The response message is ignored. The workflow remains marked fordeletion.

Procedure
If the workflow has actually been completed, the work item reported maynot have been deleted when the workflow was completed due to a systemerror (for example, communications connection interrupted).
If the workflow was marked as deleted/to be deleted by mistake, removethe delete flag. Then continue the workflow.
