SAP Message WL393 - Response from work item &: Error writing to database table '&'

Diagnosis The response message from work item &V1& was processed correctly.However, this fact could not be stored in the database: Function moduleSWW_WI_CALLBACK_FLAG_SET returned an exception when the table SWWWIHEADwas accessed. System Response A warning was logged in the workflow log. Procedure Search for and correct the error (possibly with the workflow systemadministrator) since the response message from the work item &V1&remains incomplete otherwise and is therefore repeated automatically bythe workflow system.
