Diagnosis
You selected the option "Sort according to layout" on the requestscreen of the "Send physical inventory documents" report. However, thelayout data is not entered in the master data for material &V1&.

System Response
The system cannot include this material when it sorts according tolayout. The intermediate document is split into two parts. Alldocuments whose items are sorted according to layout are transferred tothe first part. The items which could not be included in the sortbecause master data was missing are transferred to the second parts.

Procedure
Maintain the layout information for this material.
