SAP Message WH035 - Exchange rate type for currency conversion missing

Diagnosis
A currency which is not the local currency is entered in thisintermediate document item. The system needs an exchange rate type fromthe POS outbound profile to be able to convert the sales value into thelocal currency. The system could not determine this exchange rate type.

System Response
The system could not process the IDoc item.

Procedure
There are two possible reasons for this error:

  • A POS outbound profile has not been entered for this plant.

  • A POS outbound profile has been entered for the plant but it does not
    • contain an exchange rate type.
