The purchase order is currently being edited by another used and cannottherefore be selected for manual load building.

Procedure
Run load building without the locked purchase order. Start selectionagain or make selections at a later date.
Choose "Refresh PO" to update the selection during processing. In doingso, purchase orders that have been released are re-included inprocessing.
