Diagnosis
The service level for vendor &V1& exceeds the required vendor servicelevel. Either you have sufficient stock on-hand or the forecast is verylow (almost zero). Also see the vendor service level test transactionWLB7.

Procedure
Maintain the forecast values if they are not already maintained andre-start the transaction.
